When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! I've been involved in Health and Fitness for almost 40 years and thanks to intelligent training have never had a major injury. Currently I'm in my 50's, I'm 6'1" tall and weigh 295 Lbs. I still work out 5 - 6 days a week myself and bench 455Lbs on Incline and Shoulder Press on the Smith Machine and recently did a 2,000Lb Leg Press. I believe your health and fitness is a blessing from God and I want to help you realize your fitness goals too. Sure, there are great "Quick Fix programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but at the end of the day, when you finish that, what happens? Most people fall right back to where they were, or worse the lost weight was muscle weight through poor nutrition. Don't do that to yourself you deserve better than that! You deserve a lifetime of great health and fitness. When working with clients, I like to build a solid foundation based on tried and tested routines that I have used myself and with other clients. We will work together to teach you what works for your body to help you work towards your best health and wellness.
